Weaver Creative are proud to announce the birth of the first album art designed for Shadowlight and progressive rock band from St Albans in Hertfordshire.
“The product is a collection of unique songs that emotionally engage, but extend beyond generic rock song-writing; they combine driving metal guitar riffs and leads with delicate classical and acoustic instrumentation, peruse wide-ranging rhythmic experiments and boast layered harmony vocals with memorable hooks – all set against other worldly, evocative atmospheres. A rich mix, showcasing great musicianship, but without wandering into abstraction.”
We initially submitted 5 designs that embodied the style and soul of the music and were really pleased with the selected design. We used the Shadowlight identity to roll out across the CD surface graphics, inlay sleeve, jewel case and have already suggested designs for T-Shirts and posters. CD Duplication starts next week and they will be on sale before the end of the month.
